Yes, we are. You can find us in 4 Countries and 12 US States. Across 10 (or more!) Time Zones. We do like to get together as a company several times a year for a few days so that we can get to know our colleagues.
Our interview process typically begins with a recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager screen. Depending on the role, candidates may then be given a take-home assignment or technical coding session, followed by a virtual onsite interview. While there may be some variation based on the specific role, this is a general overview of the process.
If you are unsure whether you fully qualify for the job, we still encourage you to apply. You may possess valuable qualities that could make you a great candidate even if you do not meet all of the requirements for the role. Additionally, if you are not the right fit for the role you applied for, there may be alignment for future positions.
