Yes, we are. Our remote-first policy enables our team to be distributed across the world - as of July 2024, we’re in 2 countries and 5 US states. We try to get together 3-4 times per year for crucial in-person relationship building.
Our interview process typically begins with a hiring manager phone screen. Depending on the role, candidates may then be given a take-home assignment or technical coding session, followed by a virtual onsite interview.
We highly encourage all interested candidates to apply. Even if you are not the right fit for the role you applied for, there may be alignment for future positions.
